Sizing: Small comfortably fits up to 11" bicep. Large comfortably fits up to 13.5" bicep.

Flex for me, baby: what's a bicep measurement? Measure the circumference of the mid point of your upper arm. Wrap a measuring tape around it, or use a string and then measure the string against a ruler.
